Got some black velvet for Lulu’a top, but it’s not like, really velvet. Closer to suede. Looks nice with the grey I’ve got.
Which reminds me, found huge bolt of the suede I got for the Lulu skirt and sleeves on the remnant table for 50% off. GAAAHH. Oh well, I didn’t spend that much on it in the first place. I wish that fabric were a tad darker… I’m going to be a very light Lulu I’m afraid š Just couldn’t find anything that would work better…
Also got blue material for Xiaoyu. I decided on a stretchy knit instead of something shiney like I guess it should have been done in. But I wanted it to be comfortable, easy to move in and form fitting, and I wanted it to have a cartoonish look to it. Know what I mean? This stuff will do it for me.
They didn’t have a really good yellow (in the same stretchy knit stuff) for the yellow Xiaoyu parts, so I’m going to check the other Hancock’s.
Also, while waiting on mom to arrive, found a great pattern for Urd and one for Ocha, too. Also a tunic pattern for Eowyn.

Well, since fabric is now bought… Xiaoyu, Misato and Lulu are all definite. Once I buy fabric I don’t go back !
